The core R&D department consists of a highly experienced team organized for technical excellence. The team includes two experts with over 20 years of experience who manage technical direction and architecture review, supported by two lead engineers with over 10 years of experience focused on core module development.

The team further includes six members with nearly 10 years of experience who contribute innovative perspectives and development support. Additionally, 12 colleagues from the Engineering Department provide continuous collaboration, professional testing, and development assistance to ensure the quality, stability, and feasibility of all R&D projects.

Beyond hardware development, JENS maintains a professional software team dedicated to creating applications, mini-programs, and cloud services that integrate smart functionality into household appliances.
